Through duelofdoves (xdod) we've been working on creating our ideal working environment without needing a company structure. We built this workspace because we wanted better. We want to be a part of and create an inspiring collective, forming a supportive and open work environment for anyone. We promote collaboration and empower people to express themselves, to tell their stories through any mediums, like design, photography, podcast, and written articles. We aim to take control of our destiny as everyone should be enabled to enjoy their work and thrive doing it. There are no rules; whether for a 9 to 5, your own thing or a side hustle, we are down to connect.
